Your Role:

As a Sous Chef, you will be a key player in the culinary orchestra, working closely with the Head Chef to lead a team of skilled chefs. Your primary objective is to ensure that, dishes consistently meet and exceed the required standards. You will be responsible for maintaining the high-quality food standards, managing orders, overseeing service, and adhering to budget constraints, all under the guidance of the Operations Manager and General Manager.

Qualifications:

Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus).

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef.

Flexibility and adaptability to handle any culinary challenge.

Exceptional organization, cleanliness, and composure under pressure.

Proficiency in computer skills for relevant hospitality software including office.
